Joyce A. Schulz, 76, of Genoa died Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb. She was born June 29, 1946 in Aurora the daughter of Floyd and Marjorie (Blake) Williams. She married Jim Schulz on August 22, 1964 at First Methodist Church in Aurora. Joyce worked for Hytel for several years. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Dawn (Kevin) Schulz of Genoa, Chris Schulz of Genoa; Brian (Shelly) Schulz of West Virginia; grandchildren, Jeromy Brooks, Jason (Hannah) Brooks, Nicholas Brooks, Bradley (Alisha) Schulz-Ruchti. Kathleen (Jacob) Thorne, Darlene, Dani, JC; great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Payton, Clayton, Alaina, Lilah, Bentley, Sonny, Grayson, Theodora, Emilia; great-great-grandchild, Alaska; siblings, Bill (Linda) Williams of Oswego, Marilyn (John) Miser of Benton Harbor, MI; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband in 2003.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
