Trespassing, DUIs: Elmhurst Cops

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released its latest arrest log Monday. Here is information from the reports:

Trespassing

  • William Aubin, 51, of Elmhurst, was cited about 9 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Emroy on a charge of trespassing on property. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Aubin left a note on a resident’s front door. He was not supposed to be on the property.

DUI

  • Robin Rogers, 33, of Libertyville, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Saturday at North and York on a Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office warrant and charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on bond.
  • Gerardo Valesquez, 49, of Bensenville, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Lake and Grand on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid driver’s license. He was released on bond.

Warrant

  • Devion Rodgers, 25, of Chicago, was arrested about 9 a.m. Thursday on a DuPage County Sheriff’s Office warrant. He was released on bond.

  • Eslam Moharam, 43, of Lockport, was cited about 9:30 a.m. Friday at Villa and Thomas on charges of no valid driver’s license and speeding. He was released on bond.
  • Nicole Gerardi, 27, of Melrose Park, was cited about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of North York on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. She was released on bond.
  • Rafael Garcia Cisneros, 23, of Elgin, was cited about 9 p.m. Saturday at York and Fremont on charges of driving with a suspended license, improper window tint and unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond.
  • Slym Joseph, 26, of Aurora, was cited about 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Bryan and Butterfield on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. He was released on bond.
